Wall, JNNE should follow CMGI when they get ready to do spin-offs. I have had exactly one week and 1 day to open and fund a Wit Capital account in order to participate in the Engage Technologies IPO. If I get shares (not sure yet), I have to sleep by my computer the day the issue is priced in order to reply to a e-mail saying I want the shares. It is possible that once JNNE is reporting, an IPO of whatever company they want to spin-off could happen fast, if they use Wit Capital as the broker in a directed share program like this one. Steve
