Jim, at the time of the spinoff of Medinah Mining and Medinah Gold, MDIN was in good standing with the state. THe reason for the new name was IMO to squeeze the shorts and expose the large discrepency in shares that are outstanding as compared to shares sold to the investing public... This will unfold as evident in the DTC problems and brokerage house telling their clients that there is a problem. The problem is not Medinah's they have methodically done what was their responsibility...Those that have requested certs in MDHM have aided their own stock price. I believe we will see a JV announcement soon after a few days of heavy volume indicating the partner is completing part or all of the agreement. That will start the beer bottles to pop and the A Go Go girls to get naked, I mean dressed. House will be down in Chile to start Phase II drilling. Within the next couple of months a tender offer will be made and we will move on to building thenext company----Medinah Gold...hope you participate on the right side....
