What surprises me is INIT is touted to be so hot but did not have a price bump?
Digital Island had a price cut , priced at 10, open below IOP, trade at 8 and change and within 2 days doubled in price.
I was reading that price bumps come if the amount becomes oversubscribed and lot of mutual funds sign to get it.
I dont know why funds are not so agressive. Am I missing something or those fund managers are missing something (which wont surprise me as most of them underperform S&P. Some even buy a company at 90 bucks when the shares are only 25$ maximum).
