Zeev, I was catching up on a few posts and just read yours. Your statement- " I am just saying that if VLNC can become a battery manufacturer...." should win some kind of award, perhaps in the category of your series of posts evaluating Valence's patents and your conclusion that they didn't pose a threat to Valence shareholders!

If you had attended the last shareholders meeting or listened to recent conference calls, you would have become aware of the fact that Valence has been manufacturing batteries for a long time. In addition, you seem to have missed a recent news release about making 4x4 inch versions for Alliant Tech, a major defense contractor, and Lev's statemant that they were running them on line 1 as of last week.

Be careful with such statements or readers might mistake you for Allpoorman who posts on the Yahoo thread!

Regarding your other point, I don't think Valence longs would tar and feather you if you purchased some shares, especially if thats what it would take to spare them the category of statements just mentioned.

BTW, do you believe Valence's phosphate patents are of any value?

Have a good Holiday, and thanks for the smile!
