Bob, I can only say that my husband and I both observe this behavior in our respective workplaces. I do not really think that San Francisco is a separate continent, although certainly we do have our own foreign policy and everything. It is not very religious here, overall, however, and as I have noted, I do not think devout men would probably act in a way which did not respect women, or treated them as sex objects, or use swear words at work.
