Cheers, Alan. Thanks for the work on AVX, and the news from the HRE front. Glad to hear of the additions. Again, you've got a great site there. Very helpful.

Now, back to the sauna bath outside...it's about 90 here, both temp and humidity, and I've got to mow the d### lawn before Sunday's BBQ!
