Yes, that's correct, one out of the thirteen profiled was above age 35. (Interestingly there wasn't a single female trader profiled.) I thought the book had quite a few valuable, though unoriginal, insights... of course Friedfertig is trying to milk the daytrading cow as long as possible and churn out books which the sophisticated few will see as sophomoric.

I am a novice day trader. I have been reading your postings for awhile and you seem to have a similar view of the market. Recently I have started shorting which I find difficult in an uptrend market. You have stated many times that you do shorting as often as buying on a dip. Could you please share your shorting strategies? By the way I live in San Antonio, TX. TIA.
