I would suggest that before you did that you might want to be sure that they all had clean hands when it came to their involvement with MTEI.

I would further suggest that Marc Tow likely remains the biggest gorilla at the table when it comes to stock ownership and he might have the largest amount of say, perhaps sole say, with whatever happens to the remnants of the corporation. Though even here, with Jack Uselton's alleged control of his voting rights (I recall for 3 years), it would take some amount of unraveling to conduct a valid shareholders meeting absent Jack Uselton's and Marc Tow's cooperation.

There must be tastier fruit ripened on the reverse merger tree than MTEI it seems to me.
