The 1/4% FED increase this week was not just targeted at U.S. inflation... It was also done to strengthen the Dollar against the Yen... U.S. companies are paying this extra 1/4% to bolster the Japanese economic recovery... So, we are also helping the Nikkei recover... And that's the rest of the story.... : >
