Ken, this doesn't have much to do with your message but I would like to know about stop loss techniques. If you have a credit spread that has gone against you it has been suggested that you can roll it out or up. What is the ruling on margin requirements in this particular situation? Technically you can have a substantial loss during the time you have closed a loosing position and prior to opening the new position (assuming an equal credit to offset the debit on close, can you open as many positions as you originally held or are you forced to open only as many positions as your lower cash balance will allow?)
