Well I did have one trade taken back some weeks ago
that reported it had executed, then about 30 min later said


These were two trades I had open for a month. Also had hard copy of the confirmation and a monthly statement showing the open positions.

I had merely called them up to ask what I could do to get a better chance of a borrow. I was having a dry spell, everything was being rejected. They then said the BB stocks I were trying to short aren't marginable and it was illegal to short them. I then referred to the two positions I had open. Errrrrrrr. Mistake. The next day they said they would have to reverse these month old trades that I had 7.5K in paper profits.

I got the positions back, but I think they did a couple of turns in and out. You should see my account history. I have about 12 confirmations of each position.
