Mike, I'm sure you are probably well aware that, in the world of trading, shorts and longs often both win on the same stock. Sometimes both win on the same stock on the same day. Sometimes the same people win as both longs and shorts. And every once in a while the same people win as both longs and shorts on the same day. Its not a novel concept, it's a reality.
