Yes, it is only 1M but it may make AMD break even for Q4 and it will make it harder for Intel to make its number for Q4. Although, in Intel's case, the high margin sales lost to K7 in Q4 will probably be small compared to the downside if Celeron keeps growing and the upside if Xeon keeps growing.

It is true that the real story will unfold in 2000 when the Gorilla will likely be in a foul mood due to K7, Via, and its own missed schedules. Then we'll see if AMD can bring on 0.18u and Dresden under the pressure of an angry Gorilla roaring at him. Could get interesting.
