James, re-look that chart and notice the new highs were again not confirmed by the a/d line. Then question is this a regeneration move or an exhaustion move.

Bobby:

Right now it's the direction of the A/D line that's important...
decisionpoint.com

For over a year we had one new high after another without the A/D line confirming it... So, with interest rate relative stability we should head higher... The best of the earnings announcements are yet to come...

bobby, re: quintuple declining SUM, the pattern is a complex one,
with a hangover, last seen in 1993 - 1994.

The summo hit zero recently and is currently headed up.
As long as it continues, it would then breakout of the declining trendline, ending the pattern. If it stalls......

The WEEKLY readings are:

osc sum

6/4 14.79 65.58
6/11 1.62 67.20
6/18 14.49 81.69
6/25 1.67 83.36
7/2 24.34 107.70

These are the strongest weekly summo readings since the October bottom, and are above zero.

I'm looking for a 2-3 day pullback, and if things haven't deteriorated
significantly, more rally.
