Thank you, Frank.

Elroy will not understand your message. Fact !
(That was lesson # 14 ! not # 1)

but I hope Snake is able to understand it. Till now he can compare
e.g. 0.08 in Q2 eps per share with 0,06 in Q3 but with the meaning
of "shares outstanding" and the effect to the overall growth rate
in this "complex math" he has also still huge problems.

Internal growth rate: Sorry, I have no link

What I know is Dec 96 IFCI had 390 employees

Now, adding all employees from the acquisitions made in the last years I guess appr. 2000 in 29 Locations.

Good to have you here. That was an excellent post.

------------------------------
We will have a good week. Let's see how Oppy finally rated IFCI

This was the closest I could find to a breakdown of "internal" growth at IFCI. It is part of their Q3 98 (11/10/98) earnings release. Mind you these are only in house projections of the businesses they had at the time, and does not include Southern Communications;

1997 1998 Projected Projected 1998
(Historical) (Projected) Internal Growth Rate

Kleven
Communications $12,400,000 $20,800,000 68%
(Fiber-Optic
installation)

Riley
Communications $ 4,000,000 $11,300,000 182%
(Fiber-Optic
installation)

Concepts In
Communications $15,100,000 $21,000,000 39%
(Systems
Integration)

Compass
Communications $ 6,700,000 $ 9,000,000 34%
(Broadband
Design)

TOTAL $38,200,000 $62,100,000 63%

Peace,

Frank

Snake, I'm wondering that you don't comment Frank's post.

I'm sure you have meanwhile bought (or borrowed) a calculator to try this DIVISION. If you used it correctly (Hint: on/off is usually in one of the upper corners) we should not see those nonsense mails from you anymore regarding IFCI growth rates:

e.g. like this one:

Message 10367638

Thx
