Brian, OT *** I bought the eTower at Micro Center, a scattered and
relatively small chain with good customer service. An unexpected
side benefit: after changing from my previous ISP [Pacbell - the
local phone company] to MSN I have had no disconnects for 3 days
now. There's no need to be suspicious of the deal. MSN simply paid
$400 to get me to pay $20 per month for 3 years. So far I like MSN.

Yeah, changing your e-mail address is work. You've got to update
all your subscriptions and older people like you don't like
changes.<vbG> But you'll have the same hassle after you become
rich off AMAT and move to Hawaii.

BTW, I have NOT installed Norton Utilities yet and may just
omit it. The PC starts much faster and has more resources left.
Norton gums up the works by monitoring EVERYTHING, like
a hypochondriac.
