Hi frick,I've followed the ADGI saga since march of last year,,traded it for a nice profit and then got scalped on another trade in November..It use to be a real pump and dumper-moved fast,both ways<lol!!>..This one has no convertibles,except private loans and deffered salary(great guys<g>) -everything is paid in shares,consultants, CEO,attorney,etc...But the big share filters<g>-almost all passes through their hands,are the CEO and the "Esquire"<g> ..As I recall, reves for last year were about $60K<vbg>...fun one to follow(about 250MM shares out--hmm ...what's that work out to on a sales/share basis?)<vvbg>..DD
