Stan,

<<<<<But, I can identify with K. Living in an area where we have the largest state supported private school in the world - none other than the University of North Carolina, I can empathize with K's fight for his school getting a little respect.>>>>>>

Somewhat like mdhm and npec.>>>>>>>

I agree, Memphis and East Carolina are both great schools. In the biggest game of all, they are NOT underdogs !!!!!!!

Like MDHM & NPEC are underdogs but they will come out on top in the long run !!!!!!!!

Regards,

Ken

PS. Sorry you didn't make it over to Ocracoke.

Stan:
You are right about the Pirates having the Memphis Tigers number. Steve Logan has done an excellent job with that program. But this is the time of year when all Tiger fans are optimistic about the fall program. We were able to lure away the defensive coordinator from Southern Miss who produced the league champion last year and a victory over Brigham Young in the Liberty Bowl. Look for a major turnaround this year to the tune of maybe 7-4 or 6-5. With wins over Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and UT to start the year, we will be prepared for that tough Conf USA schedule. Take care.
