Between legal fees and cash calls, they better find a high paying day job. Do you have access to their brokerage accounts or are you spreading unfounded rumors? All of these companies are far below the initial entry price so its highly likely that you are once again wrong. Furthermore, they only have to deal with legal fees IF they lose. If the suit is found to be without merit, they will receive these monies back (and likely be able to counter sue).
