OTOT Re move to Texas
Freeus
<<<it sounds like I should move to Texas, I was thinking Utah >>>
If you need/want a job then its probably a good move. If not, then
its too much a personal decision to comment. Check with Pat.
<<< Any "wooded areas" in Texas?>>> Well, I haven't seen it all but
small cedars and live oaks here, large shady live oaks( small green leaves all year) nearer Dallas, tall Southern pines S+East of Dallas all the way to Houston. Very little deciduous.
Or, can I plant my own little forest, sounds like water is not a problem? How much to build a well.
$3500 or up for a well. You will need lots of water to grow
things here. 250 miles South in Austin is very pretty, they seem to be able to grow anything- banana trees, pepper trees, etc. But you have been there. I seem to have a photo..
