David, You have not commented on my Wendell.....I'm hurt. Surely........This is the most major interesting news scoop to be posted here in weeks.....And I know you know how huge this is. David I believe your theory has a great deal of validity. What has bothered me is why would I buy $15 million in stock when this quarter profits have a good chance of being less than admirable? Certainly the venture group had to have the savvy to know this quarters earnings may be under estimates and under the current market discipline that could play havoc with the stock price. The only way to protect their investment against earnings was to have a good feeling that some big things were going to happen between now and the earnings announcement. Ron
