Seems like they would clone just midiclorians and then do a blood transfusion. That way you get the strongest Jedi that ever strolled the universe... Imagine, a Jedi with straight Midiclorian blood... that might just be impressive. Wait, why not a pure Midiclorian? are they microbes or superJedi's themselves? (just really small ;) We could reverse the Invid shrinking tech and cause them to grow using protoculture. let's further mix in some Akira cells and see what grows! SuperInviJediCultureExplosiAlidocious....

ps... it's just a movie that has once again strolled too far from the original books it was once based upon... IMHO.
