And if I were still "on the phone" it would not be with you nor your wife, mon ami.

For the record.

LOL ... Wayne, I remember the days of the Nannies. Glad mine are old enough now to not require a Nanny. I was accused more than once of being married or sleeping with Da Nanny. No matter what I said, the innuendoes continued so I moved my ex-wide (no mis-spell here) to be the Nanny. Boy talk about a contraversy. Even the SEC asked me about that scenario.

If you are going to be on the internet posting and become highly marked talking about stocks, you are going to get checked out by everyone. Let's see, I have had two Private Investigators and the government next will probably be the IRS. Been through the IRS thing before too.

We all know that no matter what we discover as far as DD, it is only what the CEOs and companies want us to hear is the truth. We have no way of knowing for sure exactly what the truth is and by the time we figure it out it is too late.

Last year was tough on me.. I caught a CEO about to tag a stock (I had most of my money in it) which everyone knows what happened to me doing something about it. Then the remainer of my money was reverse split after a press release that a RS would not happen. Boom a 5:1 RS hurt considering it fell to losing 50% of my money on that one too. And to throw salt on the wounds, I discovered a problem with my literary agent and just got a letter from the FBI wanting all documents and dealings with my agent publisher. It was a form letter and they are looking to build a case. PLUS I have not gotten back my novel or original poetry manuscripts and I have some woman overseas accusing me of being responsible for her getting taken because she asked me who was my agent. Well, I told her and she went with them. Now she blames me.

I have discovered when you report a possible crime then that communication opens you up to be brought into the investigation. They get to go through you with a fine tooth comb too. SOmetimes it is best just to shut up ... sell and move on. Learn from it ...

Remember the story about a poor security guard here in Atlanta. He was hired and did his job thus finding a bomb during the Olympics and the government tried to nail him just because he found it. He later sued and was awarded Millions. I do not know the status of his abibilty to collect the judgement though.

Welcome to the real world ...

Oh, Wayne did you see the new rulings on suing companies. You have the burden of proof on the shareholders who are not privy to inside information that the fraud was deliberate.

Man just can't win sometimes. Hope you and yours are having an excellent weekend. Remember this: "No good deed will go unpunished!"

:-)
