For people who love to chat, they are very hard to reach as I tried several times and could not get past phone mail. Still I think the recent results are actually very impressive and am fully aware of how rare these deposits are. Looks like a winner although the preferred dividends owing remain a problem. Sheridan may be a character but he knows good properties, has a nose for them. Probably this is such a case.
