Linden, If I want forgiveness, I will go to my priest. Aside from that, it amazes me that you post quotes that are effectively all true. Go back and read them again. It absolutely amazes me how two people can read the exact same thing and come out with two different opinions. I will let whoever cares, judge for themselves as to the voracity of what I said.

The only comment I made that I should not have was to say that "YOU DON'T PATENT SOFTWARE". You can patent anything you want including my ex-wife. I should have said that "on advice of the Company's and other Intellectual Property counsel, they elected not to patent their software". The fact that they elected not to patent it at this time does NOT mean it doesn't exist as you are insinuating.

I stand by my comments on selling short. If a brokerage firm want to bend the rules in order to get more commissions, it is their choice. It is not legal for a brokerage firm to lend non-marginable stocks from their clients accounts because these stocks are non-hypothecatable. So if a person has shorted these stocks then he is in effect "naked". Since he has not legally borrowed the stock.

Here are a couple of links that together back up what I said.

I never wrote a press release for this Company. I made it very clear from the onset that I was an investment banking consultant to the largest shareholder of the company earlier this year. I participated in the DRAFTING of one press release on Jan. 12. I have no idea who wrote the final release or who released it.

This release was at my suggestion that the Company put something out since the stock was starting to go up on rumor. That release simply announced the appointment of the VP of Internet Operations, the name/symbol change and that the Company was in discussion with parties about a possible acquisition. All I might add, did come to pass exactly as was stated. Do you have a problem with the Company following disclosure rules?
