Interesting that Wingspanbank.com offers bill payment services to anyone, even if you don't bank with them. Anyone know if they do bill presentment yet? I do not see anything about it on the website, but I would have guessed Bank One would have had this up and running right away. Wingspan offers no-fee Bill Pay with Wingspan Checking Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, Installment Loans, Credit Cards and Investment Services. There are no monthly service charges or transaction fees. For other Wingspan Products or for non-Wingspan customers the fee is $4.95 per month for the first ten (10) transactions, thereafter each transaction is $0.25.
