As Dr. Laura said, morally he has a duty to the child but suggested he sue the mother. Fraud by fellacio or some such thing.

I don't think there's any way out for the guy, the law about child support isn't like criminal law, lack of intent isn't a defense, as the innocent party here is the kid, who didn't ask to be born. I might add that we only have his word that the man never engaged in intercourse with the woman, which strains credibility IMHO.
