I disagree with your NASDAQ scenario for SCKT's stock price to begin to surge.

Look what happened 2 weeks ago when MSFT announced their alliance with SCKT ... SCKT virtually quadrupled intra-day.

A surge in revenues, earnings turnaround, positive cash flow and additional lucrative alliances with Fortune 500 high tech cos. will take SCKT to much higher levels IMO way before any NASDAQ listing occurs.

Don't forget that SCKT's market cap is a mere $15 million fully diluted.

Regards.

Charles...while it is true that some funds' charter prohibits their investing in 'penny' stocks it is also true that some funds' charter in fact allows them that latitude...usually at the discretion of the fund manager if he/she is so inclined.
