This is the anything goes thread--unless it gets too over the edge, in which case there are other threads where one can take the discussion.

I marinate the ribs for a day and then bake them in the oven for hours to let the fat melt off before introducing them to an hibatchi, which is all I have at the moment--long and ugly story.

Ribs sir, BBQ pork ribs. In the Coffee shop people have been BBQed.
