I'm a bit unclear about your meaning here. The company's usual pattern is for the first fiscal quarter to be down sequentially from the fourth. Excluding amortization, the company reported 47 cents in the fiscal fourth quarter; however the year-over-year comparison is versus 32 cents, against which 40 cents looks pretty good. Are you concerned about a revenue shortfall or higher than expected expense levels that would put the consensus estimate at risk?
