Jerome,

I pick CYMI, SFAM, and KLIC for most stock price appreciation in that time frame. Are you going to keep track of these picks?

What do your ex's look like BTW? On a scale of Cameron Diaz to Sally Jesse Raphael, where do they fit in? Oops, sorry for the sexist comment.

Jerome,

Put me down for CYMI, EGLS, and SFAM.

BTW, if you do not want to win the prize, why should we:-)

Jerome,

"Winner gets a free date with one of my ex's."

Why does the winner get penalized? :)

Hi Jerome,
Give me CYMI, LRCX, and COHU for the contest. I'd suggest a slight alteration in the rules. Instead of measuring the performance of portfolios of 100 shares of each stock, which gives a price-weighted portfolio (like the Dow Jones index), it might be more fair to use equal weighted portfolios, i.e. n dollars in each stock.

"...what semi companies will be reporting before Cymer?"

According to Bloomberg, ESIO and SFAM should be reporting earnings today.<eom>

Hi Jerome,

Does Amkor (AMKR) qualify as semiconductor capital equipment? They are in packaging and testing. If so, then please put me down for

1) AMKR, ASYT, CYMI.

If AMKR does not qualify, then substitute VECO. So my second choice is

2) ASYT, CYMI, VECO.

Sorry to be so late, but the markets have been closed since your Friday close deadline. Can I still join the race?

Best of luck to us all.

Winner gets a free date with one of my ex's. Good luck you'll need it.

If there is some interest we will proceed

Jerome

So, which ex do you recommend for John? And aren't you glad YOU didn't win? ;-)
