We are adopting a cautious outlook on the RDRAM ramp, with major royalty growth forecasted for the second half of FY2000. Key uncertainties exist surrounding the ability of vendors to solve short-term RDRAM yield issues and the growing industry support for a PC133 SDRAM cycle. We believe that visbility on these issues will improve as we move into mid-year.
