Floydie , I'm all for exposing Crims as much as you are, but why did you wait for the charges against you before you charged them , after all 50 million bucks is pretty good $$$$,and you would have had the SEC on your side if your story is true, so now it looks like sour grapes.

floydie or TS, do you know if any of the defendants have been served yet? It's one thing to file the suit in the court, and another thing to serve the defendants. But once served, defendants usually get first crack at discovery, plaintiffs have to wait a specified period but defendants do not. Get those document requests and interrogatories ready to go, but I'm going to be surprised if they actually serve anyone.
