Yes .. I live most of the time in a somewhat less violent country and am difficult to reach even for those who know where I am, but still after running into these mindless jungle bunnies on bulletin board threads I have made preparations for a vigourous self-defense. Something to which I am not at all new, btw.

It is my own opinion that legal feints like aznt's 111-defendant concoction are largely if not entirely for the purpose of identifying and locating critical posters, for the purpose of intimidating them, to open them up to threats of physical violence by the Elk. So does Blue have a point there - Can we sue Mikey if he makes public where we live?

[edit] - better question - Can we charge him with a criminal offense?

Canada does take extremely seriously threats to its residents, the Assault section of the Criminal Code covers threats, and provides for significant penalties.
