Oh, dear. I would say best to let him have his fantasies in peace. As long as they don't interfere with real life. I used to be friends with a woman who after many years confided in me that her husband demanded that she tie him up and beat him with paddles and ropes and whips and rubber hoses, which she did not enjoy, and that she pick up men and bring them home for threesomes, which it turned out she did enjoy, as she left him for one of her pickups, who, as it turned out, had an extensive criminal record. I found this unsavory, I must admit, and did not think she was a suitable person to have over to the house for dinner, but I understood that she had been put in an untenable position.
