According to several posters on various threads, there is no more stock available for shorting. Unless you find some broker who's willing to illegally lend out stock from a cash account, where's the additional short pressure going to come from?

Also, this will be easy for the average Joe to use. It will be on his desktop. I think you are underestimating Wave's business model. Why do you think Hewlett Packard is publicizing their active involvement with Embassy? Compaq is in on it through N'Able (did you realize that). And NEC stated their involvement with Embassy several months ago. And Hauppage just recently started deploying the Wave chip on their analog boards. Later in the year there will be much larger scale deployment on their digital WinTV boards.

You don't seem to think too much of AOL's investing prowess. They took a long position in WAVX several months ago.

See you at $40.00 at the end of this week.
