Anthony, you wrote: I hear the next issue of Business week offers more details including how everything that Anthony said was true and how Berlfort was Investigated , later subpoened and charged with 23 counts of fraud attempted murder and extortion...so Im not sure how much id rely on Lorusso's and Belforts statements since they are both facing Prison time and Belfort is free on 10 Million Bond..Next time you make such stupid remarks Ill have to feed you two cans of whoopass..just to make sure that you get all nutrients that are coming to you .. ..kinda like playing with matches there is a long long long list of whoopass fed SI folk who arent doin so hot..Youll be pleased to know that since today is the 4th of July..Im gonna dismiss your lack of Due Diligence...dont let me catch you telling half a story again... Anthony: I look forward eagerly, believe me, to reading in next week's edition of Business Week how everything that "Anthony" (there's that weird third-person thing) said is true (I'm sure that vindicating you is a top priority of Business Week editors...). Be sure and let me know when it comes out, would you, and I'll send a nice contribution to your favorite charity. Of course I don't know anything about Belfort or Lorusso, but I do know how to read, and what I read in the Business Week article that is actually in print (as opposed to the one in your imagination) is this: "Indeed, in September,Elgindy settled NASD charges of alleged trading abuses by consenting to a fine and a one-year ban as principal of a brokerage firm. He neither admitted nor denied the charges. The NASD complaint alleges that ''Elgindy was suffering from severe mental illness'' at the time of the trading abuses. Elgindy maintains that was a reference to severe depression. LoRusso also asserts that Elgindy misappropriated funds and failed to disclose regulatory problems, which resulted in a suit by LoRusso to rescind his deal to buy into the firm. LoRusso's allegations are denied by Elgindy, who settled the suit by agreeing to rescind the deal. Maybe you'd like to respond, Anthony, to the fact that the article states that you "settled NASD charges of alleged trading abuses by consenting to a fine and and a one year ban as principal of a brokerage firm," that you didn't bother to fight the charges, and that the NASD complaint alleges that you were suffering from "severe mental illness?" Maybe my check to your charity won't be going to the Boy Scouts?
