A closer look at Greenspan :
gold-eagle.com

Its really sad when you think - who will take the blame for all the misery: not Greenspan, Rubin, Wall Street, but Y2K and La Nina, or something even worse gets created!

GZ, modesty is a virtue. I do not agree with Prechter but he was closely followed from 1985 to 1987/88 (I think). Keep in mind that WS is a sentiment and fashion business.

For example Internet & Telecom is in fashion now and Biotech stocks are not. Several years back it was different. Same can be said about energy stocks, media etc.

Did the world run out of oil recently - NO - than why was oil so expensive several years back?? - Fashion and perception.
