Baton,
I know all what has been posted on PLCO
and I have read and studied all the SEC
reports.
I bought my first PLCOP beginning of March.
Nothing says what will happen to the warrants
if all PLCOP are converted and PLCOP stops trading.
I think that PLCOP conversion is not a forced move,
but I am still unclear as I did not encountered this
situation before.
Only had warrants converting to common.
This scheme is new to me
I am still looking for an answer.
:)
