Charles, I am in agreement. Slobo is really pissing off the Eurodemocracies with his refusal to knuckle under to their domination. Yeltsin killed 10X the number of people Slobo did in Chechnya, yet Boris is still the toast of the town. Perhaps they like seeing him grovel at their feet for IMF funds. Of course, most of the 10 billion given to the Russians has been stolen by corrupt politicians and is now in Swiss and German banks anyway. Go figure.
