My guess would be that the street would regard this as a victory and a repudiation of this meritless class action being even allowed to toil on for this long, without the judges throwing it out (which, incidently is what's going to happen in appeal,) The Harvard graduates who work on the street unfortunately can't see that far ahead, and that is why we buy now!!
