One of the funds mentioned in your july 1 overview is janus global health, which brought me to this--

the health sector is at 94% RS, and the fund itself is positioned near the top of its trading range, with a great looking chart. if it were a stock, i'd wonder how much higher the sector had room to run.

are there different measures of risk when investing in mutuals--that is, do you pay as much attention to the field position of the sector as you do the individual fund within that sector? the same question applies to asia funds; when the sector has climbed this high, is it too late to join up?
