Jonathan Capper - Manning told me that there were 34 authorized that 4 million were available NOW and that the other 30 million were to be released "soon" I asked if it was going to be when XSNI became upgraded to NASD and he said YES. I talked with him at the beginning of May; when I called Lehmans - you know what happened there. Manning also knows what I write on this board - just what he said and I emailed it to him and his officers. I post it as I get it, and I give it to manning as well. I am a shareholder and I am entitled to the truth and he is going to give it sooner or later, with him or without him. Facts not fiction, its a public company listed in the US - I'm a shareholder and I want to know what I am holding; since he took it upon himself to bullshit me, I am taking it upon myself to make him come clean. Takes about 1 hour of my time per day - gets me thinking about legal matters, comprehension, have to read SEC documents, just getting a good education and it helps me with my other securities - I have an immense research archive. Yes, we had a good holiday and in the coming week my sister in law and niece are coming down and that will be enjoyable as well. Lots of things to do, and since it is cooler than New York City - whew, we'll have it made! Take care, Jacalyn
