Ellen: I also emailed the SEC about the Reg D's in conjunction with EXSO. They sent a canned response back that they would investigate, and I never heard anything further. It's very discouraging when your pocket is being picked, and the government agency that is supposed to be protecting you seems to move at a snails pace. However, if enough noise is made, action is sure to follow. How come some of these talking heads on CNBC can't pick up on this story? Alex
