Hey djane, if you would read the article you propped up there. ALL it says is rumor, and even the mighty Lanny Davis had to BACK OFF on national tv when pressed on the subject.

BTW. I thought Clinton told all you to stop this politics of personal destruction. You better quit it or he will yank your card. Either that or hire you as an intern, I forget which.......:o)

You know what they have on GW? Nothing!

Let see, how about GW answering the drug question only after Bill Clinton answers each allegation made by Juanita Broaddrick about how he raped her.

Its a character building thing to have had an alcohol or drug problem and then walk away from it. Maybe in our touchy feely culture it will work in his favor. He learned from his mistakes and is a better man for it.

Who cares what the mushy moderate Christian Coalition thinks?

GWB may stumble. If he does, there is a wealth of candidates on the Republican side who will easily step in.

djane, I am confused. You just supplied an article that makes a hash of the rumors. If there is no evidence, and many in a position to know are denying, then what? My guess is that if Bush had anything to fear on that score, he would not run. I would also guess that he was a pothead for awhile, and therefore will not "open the door"....
