The private investors include Prince Ahmad Bin Khalid Al Saud; entities associated with Tim Helfet, president and CEO, Rysher Entertainment; Martin Schuermann, U.S.A. representative of CLT-UFA; Brent Cohen, formerly president, Packard Bell NEC; and Barry Baeres, president of the German media group, Intertainment Aktiengesellschaft. These investors increase Brilliant's base of shareholders and provide the company with important contacts in the entertainment and content distribution industries. Prince Ahmad has a right to representation on the company's Board of Directors.

This is the group that is acting as 'investors' in the company. It would 'appear' that each of these investors has reason to want BDE and the auction channel to do well. However, I can't say I am pleased with the sort of financing they are doing according to the S3 they filed.

I have been looking over the S-3 that was filed. At first glance it appeared to have a bunch of floorless debentures. However, on looking it over more closely, I see that Roseworth converted most all of their debentures in May - and now have only $250,000 left (90k shares left). It is interesting they have been in a hurry to convert.

They do have the $6 mill line of credit from an unnamed investor, but it appears at this time that they have not drawn on that line, and BDE seems to have the right to determine when and if and how much of those get converted to debentures.
