Well, of course, he can't drive his car at the speed of light, but say he could drive his car at 0.999999 c (speed of light). When he turns on his headlights, because of time dilation/length contraction, any one not in his reference frame would see his headlights as high energy gamma radiation.

Be a good way to get a deer, huh?
