BDE, here's an intersting thought.

Somehow the Prince is in cahoots with the floorless issuers. Here's how it goes. THe Prince get's his 1mln shares under $2, the floorless is then issued. The Debenture holders begin to short, while the prince registers to sell his million shares, thus saturating the stock. (Not enough vol to absorb this much stock). This in turn will further drive down the price, allowing more shorting.

Question: Is there any connection between the Prince and the debenture holders? I believe that co was in Germany. Doesn't seem probable, but god only knows. We are all pawns in these games.

My only hope is that a wave of pr is set to follow the s-3, thus giving the selling shareholders some momentum to sell into. This also blows my above theory.

Again, all speculation on my part.

Rande: I am happy to call the BDE IR or management...but I am not experienced with debentures, convertibles and the complex financial structure with BDE. Is there someone on this thread who is knowledgeable in this that could call and report back to the thread?
Perhaps the office is even open today. I think it is imperative that we have as much knowledge as possible going into tomorrow's trading. Any volunteers?
