I too am very irritated that VLNC did not allow the tape to be replayed. I don't understand it as I heard nothing that was out of bounds.

Larry and Zeev have added to the thread albeit repetitiously. We may have disagreed on what we heard, but I do not impugned his motives.

A short here, a short there, so what? However, these predatory, organized gangs of shorts are another matter. Lies, deceit, vicious pranks, even violence, are their modus. I am of the opinion that the SEC should request the congress to hear as to why these gangs should not be classified as terrorist in nature and subject to all sanctions under law.

Tickertype;

That sounds reasonable. However, try to remember, if Mr. Brubaker constantly posts negatives we must ask first, if they are true before we question his motives. Then if we find his references weak we might question his motives. I understand what you mean by human nature but I am making an appeal for more rigorous intellectual discipline when considering facts or using them in debate. We all have the temptation to defend our turfs when something doesn't agree with our belief systems however, in order, to preserve the value of the thread to us all, we must resist it vigorously.
