"Philip, allegations do not prove illegal activity." Barb: If the best you can do is cite the obvious, then continuing this conversation is pointless. As I said previously, whether the allegations are true or not is up to the trier of fact to decide. I remain agnostic as to the viability of the charges. You, however, seem willing to conclude that they are false from the start. If so, the case will be thrown out of court, subjecting ZSUN to costs and damages for bringing suit. But that again is up to the court, not you, to decide.
